BANANA CHOC CHIP MINI LOAVES
Gluten, egg and nut free
A delicious, simple school snack that is so delicious! Minimal ingredients, easy recipe and budget friendly.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups gluten free self raising flour
2 tbsp chia seeds
50g butter, melted
1 tsp baking powder
1 banana, mashed
1/2 cup choc chips
1 cup milk, your choice
METHOD
Preheat fan forced oven to 180 degrees.
Combine all ingredients, except the choc chips. Once everything has been mixed, add the choc chips.
Stir and portion out into mini loaf trays.
Cook for 30 minutes. Pull out and let cool completely.
