
CHICKEN & SPINACH FETA PASTA
There is nothing worse than getting home after a long day at work and not knowing what to cook. How many times do we opt for take out but then that just keeps adding up! Let me show you the EASIEST dinner for you and your family!
INGREDIENTS
1 BBQ Chicken
170g spinach and feta dip
300g pasta bows (or any pasta you have)
METHOD
Cook the pasta as per directions on back of packet.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain and pull the chicken apart. Place the shredded chicken into the pasta and add the dip.
Mix this around, you can add salt, pepper and even a squeeze of lemon if you wish.
The quickest meal to whip up for your family!
