
CHILLI MAPLE EGGS
Have you ever tried grating an egg?? Once you try this recipe you'll never mash one again. This recipe is one you can have for any meal of the day- it is so tasty and perfect when you are time poor.
INGREDIENTS
Bread (your choice, I love sourdough)
Avocado
Cottage cheese
Boiled eggs, grated
Chilli flakes
Maple syrup
METHOD
Pop your bread in the toaster, and once its out add the cottage cheese, mashed avocado and the grated egg.
Sprinkle some chilli flakes on top with a drizzle of maple syrup.
Truly, a combination of delicious flavours.
