GLUTEN FREE ROCKY ROAD

INGREDIENTS
10 pieces of violet crumble
6 mini meringues/pavlovas
1x packet Scotch Finger biscuits gluten free
225g dark chocolate melts
225g milk chocolate melts
3 tbsp coconut oil
METHOD
Chop up biscuits, meringue and crumble.
Melt chocolate melts and coconut oil.
Mix it all together and set into a lined baking tray.
Pop in freezer for an hour.
Chop up and store!
