
NO FUSS SUSHI BOWLS
These sushi bowls are such a great hit with my kids! They are so quick, easy and filling for a perfect lunchtime treat or even works perfectly for dinner too. You can also add sliced cucumber to these bowls or edamame beans if you wanted them a little more nourishing.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups rice
2 cans tuna, drained
Lettuce, chopped
Kewpie, for dressing
Sushi seasoning, for dressing
METHOD
Cook your rice as per packet instructions.
Top with tuna, chopped lettuce and the Kewpie and seasoning.
No fuss involved in this meal and that is why it is such a big hit in our house!
