
OVERNIGHT WEETBIX
Okay, for someone who never use to eat breakfast, I have found the PERFECT recipe for you all! It kills me how easy this is! A great meal prep for the partners to take to work and also good to make for the kiddies the night before so school mornings aren't so busy in the kitchen.
INGREDIENTS
2x crushed weetbix
Protein yoghurt (or any yoghurt you choose)
Cinnamon sugar
METHOD
In a small bowl add the crushed weetbix. Top with a little boiling water so they become soft.
Spread the yoghurt on top and dust with a little cinnamon sugar.
Pop in the fridge and allow it to set overnight.
You can also add fruits to the yoghurt or even some granola if you are wanting a more heavier breakfast.
