PRAWN AND CHORIZO PASTA

A flavoursome pasta dish that will be an all time crowd pleaser. My boys love this dinner!

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp butter

150g chorizo, sliced

1 handful shallots, sliced

300g prawns, tails off

300ml cream

1 tbsp bone broth

100g mersa valley cheese, grated

300g gluten free penne

Extra cheese for serving

METHOD

Fry off butter, chorizo, shallots and prawns until browned.

Pour in cream, broth and cheese.

Boil pasta and once cooked, drain and place in pan.

Add extra cheese to pan, then serve!
